Our facility includes an 8,250-square foot shop on GA Hwy 400 housing eight service bays, a German alignment rack, four experiences service technicians and the latest in diagnostic equipment.

When Danny Brewer and Adrienne Donahue started this business in 2003, they were in complete agreement that they wanted a facility that would be very different than what they had experienced, Adrienne as a consumer; Danny as a technician. With over 60 percent of our clientele being female, My Mercedes Place is proud to offer an environment free from high sales pressure with, pricing significantly less than dealers.
At the dealership we rarely had direct contact with customers. That was the job of the service writers, who were paid on commission as were the parts department. It always bothered me that I could save someone time and money if I could do things the way I wanted and not always by the book or by the rules. I just wanted to do the right thing and sleep nights. When we started this business I did all the work personally. As we’ve grown, we’ve added additional staff that understand our business philosophy.

I'm taking the time to write this review because the staff at My Mercedes/BMW has gone over the top to take care of us. We have taken two BMW's there over the past few years for maintenance and repairs. The diagnosis of problems has been spot on. I just found out at my most recent service that they accept my extended warranty so I am not forced to take the car back to the dealership. Highly recommend!
If you have a Mercedes Benz or a BMW this is THE place to take it. Danny and his staff are the best in the business. They will give you an accurate evaluation of your can and will NEVER suggest repairs that you don't need.
Very very fair value and quick service. I feel taken care of and treated well. For a decade I've gotten my Mercedes and BMWs serviced here. Probably 30% cheaper than the dealer and 100% more accurate. The owner Danny has redone one or two repairs that he felt they didn't get right over the years. What car repair does that!!!?!. I know it's crazy, but I have avoided getting a Porsche because they don't service them. I want to keep my maintenance guys.
